- Jogging in place: Run in place, trying to lift your knees up to your chest as you run.
- Downward facing dawn squats: In the downward facing dawn pose, bend your knees and hold. Stand straight and repeat 10 times.
- Pushups: Repeat as many times as possible
- Burpees: Start in standing position, bend your knees and squat to the floor, kick back to a plank then return to squat. Repeat.
