This web site is owned and managed by Link2Health Solutions, a private non-profit subsidiary of the Mental Health Association of NYC (MHA) and is funded by the American Red Cross Hurricane Recovery Program.

You further agree that all limitations of liability apply to the service, www.a2care.org, and the service provider, Link2Health Solutions, and that enforcement of these terms is the prerogative of either and/or both www.a2care.org and Link2Health Solutions. You are using www.a2care.org when you display or communicate by any means, either to yourself or to others, any of the content provided by www.a2care.org. You are using www.a2care.org when you use any service provided by www.a2care.org. You are using www.a2care.org by downloading as a file any of the content provided by www.a2care.org.

All content provided by www.a2care.org is the property of www.a2care.org and/or our affiliates, content suppliers, software suppliers and is protected, without limitation, by US and international copyright laws, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Personally Identifiable Information

We consider the following, among other things, to be personally identifiable information: first and last name, e-mail address, street address, and phone number. We may request such personally identifiable information from our visitors in order to transmit your benefit enrollment information to Link2Health Solutions or the American Red Cross staff as appropriate, who will then contact such visitors via phone to complete the enrollment process.

For activities that require personally identifiable information, www.a2care.org will comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and not collect or use personally identifiable information.

Our Policy Regarding Links to Other Websites

www.a2care.org provides links to other web sites. These web sites are independently owned, controlled and managed. In many cases, but not always, the links represent cooperative projects or mutual links established with the organizations connected with these sites. However, the sites that www.a2care.org links to are developed and maintained by persons over whom www.a2care.org exercises no control. We cannot and do not guarantee that the links associated with the sites will be accurate at the time of your search. Accordingly, www.a2care.org assumes no responsibility for the content of any site for which a link is provided on www.a2care.org. Security

Link2Health Solutions has taken the necessary or all reasonable steps to ensure that all personally and non-personally identifiable information that is received via the Internet is secure against unauthorized access. This information is kept in a safe and secure system isolated from direct connection to the Internet. This means that no eyes but ours will ever see the information that our visitors send us, unless we indicate otherwise. In order to provide the services that we do, we may share personally identifiable information with the American Red Cross, as indicated above. We will give out personal information as required by law, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena or to assist in criminal investigations. We may also give out personal information when we deem it advisable in order to protect the safety and security of our sites and visitors to our sites.
