Our website does not use "cookies" and does not collect any personal information on individual visitors to our site.

Link2Health Solutions only gathers particular usage information such as the number or frequency of visitors, pages visited, the order in which they were visited, and how often they were visited. We also collect information regarding the search term used to locate information in our site, the Internet Protocol for the Internet Provider you used to access the Internet and the URL of the page you were visiting when you were referred to our site. This data is used only in an aggregate form and solely by Link2Health Solutions to improve our site for you and future users. This information is never disclosed to any outside organization.

In some areas of our website, we request that you provide us with personally identifiable information, such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Personally identifiable information is requested only if you appear eligible for the Emotional Support Program and want to enroll online; we will use this information only to contact you regarding the benefit. If you qualify for Emotional Support Program benefits, in order to provide services to you, we will share your information with the American Red Cross that funds the benefit program, and with QualCare, the company processing your claims. No information will be provided to any other organizations or vendors without your written consent unless required by law. For example, we will give out personal information to comply with a court order or subpoena or to assist in criminal investigations.

Link2Health Solutions welcomes children to use this site to learn about services and supports available to them, their family and friends. However, we encourage adult supervision while a minor is on the website. For this reason, Link2Health Solutions follows the guidelines for interactive electronic media published by the Children's Advertising Review Unit of the Better Business Bureau. Special notices urging children to get their parent's permission before providing any personal information have been incorporated into our site.
