The American Red Cross continues to serve those affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma through its Hurricane Recovery Program (HRP). Funded by designated donations related to the three hurricanes, the program has the overall goal of improving the lives of individuals, families and communities directly affected by those storms. HRP will support the work of local Red Cross chapters and other recovery organizations throughout the country as they help people and communities rebuild. The Emotional Support Program is one of the programs being provided by HRP.
